Meet Latasha Varnadoe-Iloabuchi, a dedicated and passionate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the field of accounting. With a strong background in finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Alabama State University, Latasha possesses a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies of running a successful enterprise.
Throughout her career, Latasha has continuously developed her skills and expertise, allowing her to navigate the ever-changing business landscape with confidence and ease. Her leadership abilities, team-building skills, and strategic thinking have been honed over the years, enabling her to tackle complex projects and drive growth for businesses.
Latasha's commitment to personal and professional growth is evident through her participation in various programs such as the Bunker Labs cohort and the Cornell University Women in Entrepreneurship Cohort. These experiences have further enhanced her knowledge and skills, equipping her with the latest tools and strategies to excel in the business world.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Latasha is a devoted wife and mother. She is the co-founder of The 1895 Project, a non-profit that fosters the development of career, life, and social skills for BIPOC youth in Lincoln, Nebraska. She serves on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) - Dallas/Fort Worth chapter as the Director of Technology and the NAWBO National Board of Directors Next Generation of Women Business Owners Subcommittee. Latasha is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She enjoys exploring the world through travel, channeling her creativity through crafting, and is a firm believer in the power of lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement. With a strong faith in Christ, Latasha finds strength and inspiration to overcome challenges and achieve her goals.
